While honing her acting craft, Ella also pursued her education at South Hampstead High School, balancing the demands of a blossoming career with her academic studies. She completed her A Levels in 2025, demonstrating her dedication to both her professional and personal growth.
Early Steps into Acting
Ella's professional journey began remarkably early, establishing herself as a child actress. Her television debut came in 2015 with an appearance in the TNT crime drama 'Legends,' marking her first foray into the world of episodic storytelling.
Just two years later, in 2017, she made a significant splash in the prestigious West End. She took to the stage in 'Harry Potter and the Cursed Child' at the historic Palace Theatre, a testament to her talent and versatility even at a young age.
Her presence wasn't limited to the small screen or the stage, either. In 2018, Ella ventured into feature films, making her big-screen debut in the mystery comedy 'Holmes & Watson.' It was clear she was just getting started.
Breaking Through with Malory Towers
Then came the role that would truly put her on the map. In 2020, Ella Bright stepped into the shoes of the iconic lead character, Darrell Rivers, in the CBBC adaptation of Enid Blyton’s beloved 'Malory Towers' books.
