2026 Baltimore Ravens season
The 2026 season is the Baltimore Ravens' 31st in the National Football League (NFL), their eighth under general manager Eric DeCosta and their first season under head coach Jesse Minter. The Ravens will look to improve upon their 8–9 record from (/wiki/2025BaltimoreRavensseason), return to the playoffs after a one year absence and reclaim the AFC North title.
This is the first season since (/wiki/2007BaltimoreRavensseason) without longtime head coach John Harbaugh, as Harbaugh was dismissed on January 6, 2026. Jesse Minter was eventually hired as the 4th head coach in franchise history; Minter had coached with the team between 2017 and 2020. The Ravens unveiled new uniforms on April 16.
This is also the first season since 2016 without either tight end Isaiah Likely, fullback Patrick Ricard, offensive lineman Daniel Faalele, punter Jordan Stout, or safety Ar'Darius Washington, as they joined Harbaugh, who became the head coach for the New York Giants.

Maxx Crosby canceled trade
On March 7, 2026, the Las Vegas Raiders agreed to trade DE Maxx Crosby in exchange for the Ravens' first-round selections in the (/wiki/2026NFLdraft) and (/wiki/2027NFLdraft) NFL draft before the NFL's new year on March 11. However, three days later, the Ravens backed out of the agreement after Crosby failed his physical, at which point the Ravens announced a deal for former Cincinnati Bengals player Trey Hendrickson.
